Vandejong offers traineeships to kick-start the careers of the designers, copywriters and strategists of tomorrow. The programme is all about mutual discovery and development. For six months to one year, we grow together through an exchange of creativity and skills as trainees learn from experts and vice versa.

We’ve noticed that realising change is easier when you join forces with like-minded people. That’s why we’ve joined the B Corp Movement. Certified B Corporations are for-profit companies that use their business to create a more inclusive and sustainable economy. They meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. To date, there are more than 2,500 B Corps in 130 industries and 60 countries worldwide.

Talent development

The journey to a better world demands new talent. Changemakers play a key role in continuously challenging society to do better. Within our own team, but also with our projects, we see talent development as a given. We recruit and support the next generation of creatives, artists and activists, by initiating calls, offering them guidance, or building platforms to increase their reach and opportunities – Futures and de Beeldmakers being two self-initiated examples.
