Amsterdam
Zuidas is a well-known international business district. Now the
apartments in the first owner-occupied residential building are
for sale. In response to this communication challenge,
Vandejong develops an area campaign. Royaal Zuid is a joint
venture between ERA Bouw, Prospect Zuidas and Bouwfonds
Ontwikkeling that is developing four unique lots in Zuidas.
Vandejong comes up with the names for these lots and crafts a
sales campaign for Miles Building, which is the first
building.

Together with photographer Maurice Scheltens and set dresser Liesbeth Abbenes, Vandejong builds models for the campaign that suit the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the future residents. The campaign includes brochures, a website, banners and construction signs, and has a highly distinctive character that reflects the ambition and attitude of Zuidas. Miles Building. Access to a new Amsterdam, where your perfume is French, your tailor is British, the cooks are Italian, the cars German and everything is organised by the Dutch.
